3. Account Access & Shared Usage

Mastermind Academy provides access to digital tools through a shared or managed account system.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are not receiving personal or ownership rights to any third-party account

  • Access may be limited, rotated, or modified to ensure fair usage

  • Login credentials may be changed periodically for security or operational reasons

  • Continuous uninterrupted access to a specific account is not guaranteed

6. Third-Party Tools & Shared Accounts

Mastermind Academy does not claim ownership of third-party tools.

You agree that:

  • Access is provided on a shared basis

  • Tools may impose usage limits or restrictions

  • Some features of tools may be unavailable due to shared usage

  • Tool availability can change at any time without prior notice

7. Acceptable Use (VERY IMPORTANT)

Users agree NOT to:

  • Change passwords, recovery emails, or security settings

  • Enable 2-factor authentication

  • Attempt to claim ownership of shared accounts

  • Share login details outside Mastermind Academy

  • Abuse usage limits or automation features

Violation will result in immediate termination without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability (Updated)

Mastermind Academy is not responsible for:

  • Temporary loss of access due to shared usage limits

  • Account rotations or security updates

  • Third-party policy changes

  • Feature limitations caused by shared access

5. Refund Policy (IMPORTANT FOR SHARED MODEL)

Due to the nature of shared digital access, all subscriptions are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable

Once access is provided, no refunds will be issued.
